1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing or placing orders through the Chiso Tatto app or website, you agree to these terms. If anything feels unclear, contact us before ordering.

2. Eligibility

Only customers aged 18 or above may use the platform. Continuing inside the app confirms you meet this legal requirement.

• We reserve the right to verify your age during any part of the order journey.

3. Services Provided

We connect you to curated liquor and snack selections and arrange fast delivery within covered zones in Nepal.

4. Orders & Delivery

Orders lock in once confirmed in-app. Delivery windows depend on distance, traffic, inventory, and weather.

• We may cancel orders if details are inaccurate or laws are breached.
• A valid government ID may be required on delivery.
• Keep your phone reachable so our rider can coordinate drop-off.

5. Payments

Pay through official Chiso Tatto QR codes or opt for cash on delivery. Third-party payment gateways are currently unsupported.

• Once payment clears, refunds are limited to damaged or incorrect items.
• Keep QR receipts or COD slips until the delivery is complete.

6. User Responsibilities

Help us maintain a safe marketplace by following Nepali regulations and respectful conduct.

• Provide accurate personal and delivery information.
• Do not attempt to purchase for anyone under 18.
• We may refuse delivery if intoxication or misconduct is detected.

7. Account Suspension

We may pause or terminate accounts linked to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or other violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chiso Tatto is not liable for unforeseen delays, account misuse, or losses caused by inaccurate customer data.

• Traffic, weather, or supply constraints may affect delivery times.
• Protect your OTPs and account access to avoid unauthorized usage.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, imagery, and curated content remain exclusive property of Chiso Tatto Pvt. Ltd. Request permission before reusing assets.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of competent Nepali courts.
