Ordering & Delivery

Where does Chisotatto deliver?+

We currently cover core neighborhoods across Kathmandu Valley with rolling pilots in Pokhara and Bharatpur. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm coverage.

How fast can I expect my order?+

Most orders arrive within 45–90 minutes. During peak demand we will surface the next available delivery window before you pay so there are no surprises.

Can I schedule an order in advance?+

No currently we do not support this.

Products

Do you offer chilled items and gift wrapping?+

We store sparkling wine, beer, and ready-to-serve cocktails in temperature-controlled fridges. Add chill packs or gift notes during checkout and our team will take care of the rest.

The bottle I want is sold out. What now?+

Tap “Notify me” on the product page or message [email protected] with the SKU. We will hold the next allocation and alert you as soon as it lands.

Are prices the same as in-store?+

No. Our online and offline price tags are different.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We support digital wallets, mobile banking, and cash on delivery. Receipts are provided instantly in app.

How do refunds work?+

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
